TUITION STRUCTURE

The Beach School
(TBS) is a not-for-profit organization whose educational program encourages
participatory democracy and real empowerment for its students through mutual
respect and freedom to explore their own interests. As such, TBS is ineligible
for public funding and must therefore rely on the contributions of its members
to sustain and grow its program.
For the 2008-09
school year, the tuition structure is as follows:
Full Time
Tuition: $7,500
Part Time
Tuition (an option for 4 and 5 year olds only): $4,000
Family Rate
(for an unlimited number of siblings): $9,000
Early signing discount (available to families enrolling
a new student(s) by June 1/08) $500
Note: Financial assistance
available on a limited basis.
Tuition
Payment Options:
For returning students, tuition is due in 12 equal monthly installments on the
first day of each month beginning May 1/08 and ending April 1/09. Families may
pay tuition on a more accelerated basis if preferred.
For newly enrolled students, tuition will be due in
equal monthly installments beginning in the month of enrolment and ending April
1/09, or on a different installment plan if agreed to by the Enrollment
Committee and Treasurer.
