The School Meeting
...is at the heart of the school. It addresses large to small issues and is the authority in the school's daily activities.

Every student, regardless of their age, and staff member has a vote at the meeting. Since students outnumber staff, they effectively control the school. Attendance is an option at the meeting, and there are no proxies.
